87sr Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the 87sr platform (https://87sr.app) and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

87sr is an online betting and casino platform licensed by an international Gaming Authority. We are committed to protecting the interests of our players at all times.

• The most recently published version of these Terms shall always be in effect.
• 87sr reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
• For significant changes, users will be notified via email or SMS.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2. Account Registration

To open an account with 87sr, you must meet the following requirements:

Eligibility Criteria

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register from a country or region where online betting is not legally prohibited.
• You must bet on your own behalf and with your own money.
• Each person may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when creating an account. 87sr reserves the right to suspend accounts and forfeit balances if false information is provided.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 87sr Support immediately. You are responsible for all bets and transactions made from your account.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process applies to all 87sr users. It is required to comply with international financial regulations and to prevent money laundering.

When is KYC required?

• First-time large withdrawals (typically above BDT 10,000).
• If unusual account activity is suspected.
• First withdrawal after bonus wagering requirements are met.
• When updating your account information.

Accepted ID Documents

Large withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is complete. 87sr typically completes KYC verification within 24–48 hours. If the submitted documents are not satisfactory, additional information may be requested.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

87sr supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Ensuring fast and secure transactions is our priority.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is BDT 500. Specific limits apply to each payment method.
• Deposits are generally instant — in cases of banking delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• There are no deposit fees — 87sr credits the full amount to your account.
• Deposits can only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and will be refunded.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal is BDT 300.
• Maximum daily withdrawal is BDT 5 lakh. For special cases, contact support.
• 87sr does not charge any withdrawal fees.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the method used for deposit.
• KYC verification is required for first-time withdrawals.
• BKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5. Betting Rules

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is placed and confirmed on 87sr, a Bet Confirmation will be displayed. A bet is not considered complete until confirmation is received. If a bet fails to confirm due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded.

Minimum & Maximum Bet

• Minimum bet: BDT 50 (both Sports and Casino).
• Maximum bet: Varies by event and market. High multiplier markets have lower limits.
• Accumulator bets are subject to odds limits.

Bet Cancellation Policy

In the following circumstances, 87sr may cancel bets and refund stakes:

• If an event is canceled or abandoned.
• There was a clear error in the odds and the player exploited it.
• Due to technical errors in the game or server.
• If the outcome of an event is already known.

Results & Payments

Bets are paid out based on official results once a match or event has concluded. 87sr considers the results issued by official sports governing bodies as final. If there is a delay in result publication, payment may also be delayed accordingly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

87sr regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

Wagering Requirement (WR)

Most bonuses have Wagering Requirements. This means you must place a specified amount of bets before withdrawing the bonus money. Example: BDT 1,000 bonus with 5× WR means you must bet BDT 5,000.

• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bet amount — both wins and losses count toward the total.
• Not all games may contribute 100% to WR — see the offer page for details.
• If a bonus expires, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The same person cannot claim a bonus more than once.

7. Casino Game Terms

All 87sr casino games use the Provably Fair system. Each game outcome is determined by a Cryptographic Algorithm that no one can predict or alter in advance.

General Game Rules

• Each game session is independent — previous outcomes do not affect subsequent results.
• If your internet connection drops mid-game, you can resume where you left off.
• If you have any dispute regarding game results, notify support within 24 hours.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.

Crash Game Special Rules

In Crash games such as Rocket Crash, if a network delay occurs during Cash Out, the transaction will be processed at the nearest possible multiplier. Auto Cash Out works reliably, but is not guaranteed — in the event of a severe network failure, bets may be cancelled.

8. Responsible Gaming

87sr is committed to responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of problems.

Available Protection Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Set an automatic logout after a specified period of inactivity.
• Loss Limit: Game will stop once a specified amount is lost.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account temporarily or permanently.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about your gaming session duration.

9. Security & Privacy

10. Account Suspension or Closure

87sr may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or Bonus Hunting.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal funds.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Allowing others to use your account.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned subject to verification. Balances may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction, please contact 87sr Customer Support first. Our team will endeavour to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• Please provide all relevant information and screenshots.
• 87sr's decisions are final and binding.
• If you are not satisfied with 87sr's decision, you may appeal to the licensing authority.

12. Changes to Terms

87sr reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via email or SMS at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.
